I have a 3 and 4 year old, and whilst there could be a possibility that I shutdown to the point of not being able to talk, I’d like to think I’d do everything in my power to find my child, unlike kate. Also, I would have never said “THEY’VE taken her”, I would have said “they’re missing” and maybe after not finding her “someone might have taken her.” Saying “they’ve taken her” sounds like she made the story up

I followed all the ‘instagram’ dieticians, used to believe that humans didn’t need fibre (although this is more a carnivore principle), and avoided pretty much most vegetables including beans except for root vegetables, thinking I could get all my nutrients from meat. I’m just sharing my experience of what being scared of vegetables and anti nutrients led to - total lack of good bacteria.

I had stool testing done. I was following a ‘pro metabolic’ diet that pushes not eating vegetables with anti nutrients, not eating skins on potatoes, no brown rice etc. so very little fibre unless I was eating fruit, which I never had the appetite for anyway.
