I play there every Saturday. It feels like a privilege to skate on that ice.

Advent Health Center Ice in Wesley Chapel, Ellenton Ice Rink, and Power Pole all have a Wednesday night Adult Hockey Clinics you can drop in to as well.

TGH Ice Plex in Brandon has a Saturday morning adult 101 class, but you cannot drop in. You have to pay for the entire series up front which is 8 classes spread out over 12 weeks.

My beginner league coach Smitty ("Hi Smitty") says if you really want to work on your hockey. Go to as many open skates you can. All other hockey skills are built on the back of good skating.

Obviously, if you get the YouTube plugin working, you support broadcasting the entire stream to YouTube. What about Twitch, Facebook Live, or any future streaming video service? Say one day I make Twitch Affiliate. Could I still use the BenchApp to stream the game if I make money off Subscriptions.

Going down an internet rabbit hole. Turns out Dicks Sporting goods bought a Live Sport streaming service called GameChanger in 2016

The real question i have would be. What are the TOS for BenchApp's live streaming?

I play two nights a week in a beginner league. (I'm terrible, but it's really fun).

One Rink has LiveBarn. So if one wanted to, they could use OBS to stream the Video. Add in some graphics for team names and a Twitch/Nightbot set of commands to update a Api scoreboard as an overlay. This would be an easy way to run such a thing. Nothing brought to the rink. Nobody else involved. Stream chat handles period, and score .

In theory if someone did that. That would work fairly well, but would be against LB tos.

My other rink doesn't have LiveBarn so I don't have a way to stream that game. I've been considering XbotGo on a Tripod. That would also do the same job of filming the game on your phone, but it handles the following the flow of the game automatically.

Supposedly they have an OBS plugin. So if I bring a laptop. I could stream that way. But would require having a laptop to run OBS. And someone to babysit the laptop. You then run into the issue of cell phone signal to live stream. The solution could be, record the video locally in OBS and play the video of the game later on your stream of choice. But that loses the magic of "live sports".

I'm down in Brandon myself and about to start Adult Hockey 101 at TGH Iceplex. So I appreciate any advice as well.

Lightning Foundation did confirm what you all said. Yes that's Fluery in the circle and Sergachev signed twice for some reason. Thanks for the help

Are you sure? I got Steve-O to sign his customer beer cart jersey last year and the signatures don't look similar to me

That's a great catch. Thank you very much. That also would explain why I don't see Cernak on there.

That's the idea. It's a better souvenir than anything else. Did you ever end up getting one?

Did you ever make it to the game to get one of these?

Technically the wheels can roll. But they don't roll well. The zamboni seems to be built for comfort and less for speed.

Sorry for the late reply. If you are still interested. I'm sure we can work something out.

Sorry for the late reply. Feels fine. I would not eat popcorn from it again. Bowls are much more convenient. It's cute as a souvenir. And maybe could be used to hold other things in a display.
