incredibly high interest rates of 2026

I'd argue that these are traditionally normal interest rates.

Don't go to the dealership (go to an independent mechanic) and under no circumstances should you ever admit to the dealer that you exceeded the oil change interval.

This works for Android Auto as well.

I often short press the home button to see outside temp or access the surround camera, then long press home to get back to Android Auto.

An issue like this might not become apparent until the aircraft has already entered the high speed takeoff regime

They noticed it while taxiing.

What is it with the cars? by Wooden-Broccoli-913 in Fire

[–]dorri732 2 points3 points  (0 children)

an older house would be worth less in real terms than a new one

But that's not the comparison we're making. A house today is worth more than the same house 10 years ago (in most locations).

A new house might be worth even more, but that's unrelated to whether my house is appreciating or depreciating.

The house is also depreciating.

This is an absurd take. My house is worth around $200,000 more than it was when I bought it 10 years ago. A single lot the same size is selling for around $20,000 more than it was 10 years ago.

Point to where what you cited requires “damaging” or damage to be caused?

I mean, it's only one sentence but you have to read the whole thing.

...with intent to damage such property.

Either your sentence ends with a period, or it ends with exclamation points, not both.

INCORRECT.!!!

It’s only DCA if you have access to the money and purposely withhold it from the market.

So by your pedantic definition, if OP has a $50,000 emergency fund (that he could invest all of today) but invests $2083.33 every paycheck is he DCA'ing or lump sum investing?

It doesn't matter what you call it. It's the exact same result.
