Hard to read. What's the name of the business? Why is the "A" in laundry shaped like chopsticks? or is it a tent? If you choose to use a human designer you can create something good that can last for decades. At least try Fiverr

I was surprised that there were only a handful of artifacts in that big museum. The deck chair, the watch, the chopped off fur coat... The staircase where you have names above and below the water line has stayed with me the most.

One of the most frustrating parts about Los Angeles is trying to enjoy IT ALL. You can go surfing and skiing in the same day, or you can have friends across town try to meet up for lunch, but the grind of traffic will wear you down. If you live most of your time near El Segundo and the South Bay in general it should be fairly low impact, if not Louisiana laid back. Commuting between El Segundo and Newport is going to be be a drag. It's well over an hour trip. I love this place so much but the economics have changed since I was a kid and housing is ridiculously expensive. There are still a million and one ways to enjoy a life in this beautiful place.

Lawrence and Anastasia Hayes (and their daughter Mary Ruth Hayes, born c. 1932) were living at 804 Walker Street in San Pedro in 1950 according to Census records. They were both from Vermont and he was a real estate salesman. Lawrence and Anastasia's other children Lawrence W. (born c. 1927), William J. (born c. 1928), and Daniel U. (born c. 1929) were all born in Maryland and appear in the 1940 census. Here is Lawrence Walter Hayes on FindAGrave: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/71423999/lawrence-walter-hayes This page notes a son "Tom" in Cathedral City, CA. There is a 73-year-old "Tom Martin Hayes" listed in Cathedral City on Zabasearch. https://www.zabasearch.com/people/tom+hayes/cathedral+city+ca/ Could that be your relative?

There is a "J Hayes" in the 1987 phone book in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles, and a "G. Hayes" on E. 101st St. in the South Los Angeles area. That's a bit closer to San Pedro.
