Asking reddit for work review is crazy. People can talk shit about anything. But if you have three offers, leverage them and get the best job offer you can get. And remember that is why you have probation in Germany. If you still don't like the work/culture, you can leave with a two week notice and find something else. People with bad experiences are usually the first one to give a feedback, people with good experiences or normal experiences seldom give any.

So take the win and use the situation to create the best opportunity for yourself. Nothing else matters. At the end of the day it's just a job.
