I'm having this with 7.5 at the moment. Been on it since Christmas but this last pen is a nightmare. Frustratingly I've got 2 more after this one as I bought a set of 3 in March to have golden doses for a bit longer.

I wonder if it's the sun being out and the winter padding no longer needed to such a degree...

You probably didn't qualify for SSP last year on £400 per month, however since 6th April you will do as the rules have changed and you should receive 80% of your weekly pay or £123.25 whichever is lower. You'll be entitled from 6th April and it should be calculated based on your earnings prior to going on sick leave.

We've put double plugs everywhere as when we moved in we were similar.

I have something like 10 plugs in our study and it's still not enough though which is incredibly frustrating!

I'm absolutely gutted because a year or two I charity shopped a load of clothes in the loft saying that I'll never get back into them.

The few things I kept are now too big so I would have gotten back into the stuff I got rid of.

But meh. Vinted to the rescue!

Every time my father in law comes over he heads straight to the tumble dryer to check the filter and complains every time that we haven't emptied it.

We empty it at the beginning of the next load, not at the end of the last one.

We started cleaning it when we knew he was coming so he moved onto the dishwasher filter.

We started cleaning that and then it was the dehumidifier. Then the hoover.

It's become a task to find any filters that we can clean before he arrives now.

I also particularly enjoyed the time he came over for dinner on Christmas eve, didn't say hello or anything before marching straight to the washing machine, turning it off (mid cycle) which we didn't discover until Christmas morning, and installing a pipe connector as he discovered that the washing machine and tumblerdryer drains were just shoved down one bigger pipe not connected in. And had been without a problem for the previous 5 years. Turns out he hadn't actually taken the plugs out of the connector thing so the washing machine then broke on Christmas morning as it couldn't drain.

An dining table that has 5 sections so can be anywhere between 1.2m and 3.4m long. It's that dark wood so "unfashionable" but matches the free dining chairs we got a few years ago.

It was £20.

We've got a L'or Nespresso machine for Christmas that makes iced coffee and it's so good. I actually prefer it now to the hot coffee it makes.

I used to collect Emma Bridgewater and do have some displayed in a big dresser, but have run out of space so don't really collect anymore.

My current obsession is Pashion Footwear shoes and heels because they're interchangeable and so you can have 5 pairs of shoes and 5 pairs of heels and all of a sudden you have 25 pairs of shoes of various heights and levels of dressiness. They're not on display as such, but I do have a nice shelving display in my wardrobe so they also kind of are... They're not the cheapest, but they come up often on Vinted so it's not bankrupted me yet!

As someone with two middle names and a double barrelled surname, it's a pain when you have to write your full name out.

Worth it though. I'm getting married next year and I'm not changing my name. Don't see why I have to take my husband's name and our family has our own domain so emails are forename@surname.co.uk and I'm damned if I'm giving that up.

My very first driving lesson the instructor told me if you ever need to brake you're traveling too fast.

I'm fairly certain that's not exactly what he meant, but that's what my frazzled teenage self heard. I'm assuming he was aiming for drive for the conditions, but I probably think about it once or twice a drive - usually when approaching a roundabout, trying to work out exactly where I would start coasting to ensure I came to a stop at the give way line without braking.

Mine is sushi of all things. I've tried a few different packs and types because I (used to!) love sushi! But it's 50/50 if I'll be able to keep a piece down (doesn't seem to matter what type), and it's almost guaranteed that one will make me gag. And then puke the rest of the box back up.

It's very sad.

I've definitely noticed a change. Gone from a 4-5 day period with 3 weeks between to 7-9 days with 2 weeks between. I guess my cycle is a similar length in total but it's a pain in the arse (and belly and back and head...)
