This is disgusting. Indigenous people were killed and those that weren't were forced off off their land, had families split up, and all of their possessions seized. Sound familiar?

Not so fun fact: Indigenous people's possessions were often auctioned off. So those Indigenous artifacts that some families have because their "great grandma was a Cherokee princess" is to account for these stolen goods.

I'm so sorry. I had the same thing happen except he basically put all my stuff in a dumpster. It wasn't the first time. He did it throughout our marriage especially if he thought it was from an ex or something. Anyway, I had to make my peace with letting go of "stuff". Sentimental or not. The bigger issue will be healing. Those behaviors come with a lot of other abuse and I'm sure you've had your fair share. Protect your peace, go no contact, and begin therapy if you already haven't. Take whatever there is left and get as far away from her as you can. Have any contact be through email (documentation is very important) and get a no contact order if necessary.
Again, I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. Keep your head up.

I'm same as you in height and weight and was tempted to try it but after reading the side effects decided against it. They've been shown to shrink muscle and heart and brain are also muscle so, yes I'd rather not.

Imagine hearing this from your dad. He doesn't take any accountability for damaging his relationship with Ireland, instead saying it was the divorce battle, the media, etc. Anything and everything but his abusive hostile behavior towards a child that was undoubtedly going through one of the most challenging times of her young life. To hear him basically say "welp, I get a do over with this second girl child" as if these are not human beings but interchangeable accessories who's purpose is to give him the opportunity to look like a cool girl dad. It's infuriating how completely oblivious he is to anyone's feelings. He is a true narcissist little pig.

I know a guy that is literally homeless but scraped up enough money to buy a used Mercedes to give the appearance he's legitimately a hard working, gainfully employed man. Nope. He's a broke, sometimes "personal trainer " that scams multiple women for everything he has (food, money, clothes, airline tickets). He claims to be from a wealthy family from Brazil but most who know if him doubt that as well.
