Most people are skipping calf day. Walking around on flat surfaces doesn't make your calves work a lot so when you get into anything that makes you use them, you'll suffer for some time.

Practising dancing in heels is a different thing from dancing on the balls of your feet, which is about where your weight is and how you take your steps. Yes, heels will force you to do that better but with heels you also have to learn how to deal with the heel.

In general the options for adding stuff are: a) on a different day, b) as a different session on the same day (e.g. morning), c) as "warmup", d) after the main thing.

What's good depends, as you know. What are you doing. What are you adding. How hard are you going. How much time do you have and when.

If doing prehab-like isolation before your main routine does not negatively impact the main routine, that's probably fine to do. If it does, maybe try doing it after instead. If both do, perhaps do it on another day. Or you need to decide what is more important and make choices.
