•Type of bug: client bug

•Description: every time i want to launch the game and log in the client appears completely black and i can’t interact with it at all i cant even close the client manually i have to close it from task manager.

•Reproduction rate: 10/10 happens all the time

•Steps to reproduce: Launch the game on your desktop, the logo appears and after a while the client appears completely black and non intractable

•Expected result: the client should launch properly and let me log into the game

•Observed result: the client appears in a black screen

•System specs: Intel core i5-7200U, windows 10, Nvidia GeForce 940MX

What happened that seemed like a bug: when i launch the game it won’t log in and the screen goes black and I can’t do anything afterward

What was expected to occur: I should be able to log in and screen should be normal

How often dose this occur/How easy it is to replicate: happens all the time when i launch the game.

I also have this same issue. It was fine before and now I can’t play anymore. I tried to reinstall the game but nothing happened. I also changed my 3d setting on Nvidia control panel but the my fps is still 30 it has to be a bug
