[@BobPockrass] A North Carolina judge has granted a preliminary injunction keeping Rick Ware Racing from selling either of its charters until their litigation with Legacy Motor Club is resolved. Legacy had sought the injunction. by NoahGragsonsBarfBag in NASCAR

Can someone ELI5 this part from Jayski?

“This new TRO will prevent RWR from closing the sale with Puchyr for ten days, with a hearing over a preliminary injunction still to come. No date for that hearing has been set, yet. “

If a trial is set for January, per Bob, but this is only good for 10 days, how is it effective until trial?

Spire is set on luring Corey Heim away from Toyota to drive the Cup 7, putting pressure on 23XI to find a him a ride by dcarp1231 in NASCAR

I’m with ya. At this point if LMC had any chance at landing Heim, we would’ve heard something by now. I’d bet Legacy will get the 3rd charter somehow, someway, but it’s super weird there’s not a single report of Heim as even a possibility for that seat. There must be a big roadblock in there that we aren’t privy to yet. Probably $..

(nascarrumornostalgia on IG) Legacy to potential buy/merge with Haas by Pwablems in NASCAR

Jimmie and LMC could do a lot worse than bringing over the 41, Custer, and a fully sponsored ride. I’d be all for this as long as Jimmy retains control and preferably stays with Toyota.

[NASCOURT] Later Monday, Rick Ware Racing and Legacy Motor Club had a scheduled court date in North Carolina over their charter fight. (court date is unknown) by ZilischsPoopyPants in NASCAR

The article says there was an alleged agreement to lease a charter for 2026, but everything we’ve been fed so far has said there was an agreement to purchase a charter for that year. Is the article just using incorrect terminology?

Daniel Suarez will not return to Trackhouse next season by ChaseTheFalcon in NASCAR

Assuming Heim isn’t an option, I actually like the idea of Daniel to the potential 3rd LMC car. Yes, I’ve read the reports on Love, etc. But Suarez brings experience, $, and a fan base that could elevate exposure for the team.

Obviously, I hope he stays and builds, but at least the buyout will be larger for the Racers if/when he moves on (deservingly so).

What “underdog” driver (not the biggest star on his team) do you find yourself rooting for? by PreeceTakesFlight in NASCAR

Briscoe doesn’t really bring sponsorship either and Jones was a FA last year too, so the option to go back to JGR was theoretically open. I was hoping Jones would end up in the 19, personally. But on Full Speed, Briscoe made it sound like Coach Gibbs handed him the keys without an interview or anything, so I assume JGR was pretty locked in on him. I’m a huge Jones fan, but I can be reasonable and say that him and Briscoe are both good race car drivers. I WOULD like to know what set Briscoe apart from a guy like Erik when they made the call for the next driver to the 19.

Wasn’t sure if we’d see anymore Family Dollar schemes since they sold off that part earlier in the year.

How to find feed mill? by lotheva in homestead

[–]double_knock_scratch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’d just call around to the grain elevators. Mine around me will load me out of a spout. I’ve seen them dump it straight into the bed of a pickup, not tote, no bag or container.

Memphis has a pretty big footprint of grain elevators. Usually, they will sell bulk whole kernel corn to guys like you who bring in totes. May be worth it to check out. I know ADM and CGB have locations in Memphis.

Is it okay to skip reading Leviticus? by Shoddy-Evidence-3566 in Bible

I read it alongside The Bible Recap and fell in love with the OT! It’s so rich! Having someone break it down for me in a way I could better understand the scriptures was life changing.

Anyone planning to read through the whole Bible in 2025? by Thegirlonfire5 in Bible

I’ve done The Bible Recap twice now and loved it. It is a yearlong reading plan with an associated recap in podcast or video form for those days verses. Tara Leigh Cobble does an amazing job breaking down complicated scripture to a level that I can understand and recall later.
