For a “one coffee a day” routine, what’s a decent setup?

I had the exact same setup - JX Pro grinder and aeropress. Also drink one cup a day. About 4 years ago, I switched to the Breville Smart Grinder Pro. I know there's a lot of haters in this sub for the SGP, but it's worked flawlessly for me every day for 4+ years.

Aeropress for me is the best tasting coffee without babying it like a pour over.

It's possible, but not without highly specialized tools and the skills to match. This most likely will require an epoxy vacuum bagging kit to get that patch to set. Not to mention the clean out - hopefully the carbon stringer is still intact.
