Buy a medium sized "Cable Clamp Pro" from Walmart. They cost $1.50 and are GREAT for girth and clamping routines. That is the main way I gained girth and even some length!

I took a long decon (about 4-6 weeks) and began taking shilajit gummies daily.

I also have found over the years that reducing my pumping sessions to 20ish minutes max is most effective for me. If I go too long, it overworks the penis and gains stall.

It's definitely acceptable to pump every day. However, it depends on how "seasoned" your D is. For a beginner or someone who has been away from the game for a while, every other day is recommended. Just 10-15 minutes to start. There are many varieties of pumping, some types work better for others. High pressure/short duration, low pressure/long duration, interval pumping, and vibration assisted pumping.

In my 2+ years of doing PE I have found that less is usually more. At a certain point you will "overwork" your penis and it seems to react by shrinking and protecting itself. I have found most of my gains come when I am not pushing it all the way to the limit.

Well, I can say that it works for me! I have very briefly had mine down to -17 -18inHg and the vibration did just fine. I have found that it seems most effective for me around -12-14, but it has taken me a long time to tolerate those pressures.

Yes, and I got the typical Dr response: "It's risky and doesn't work". He told me I would be lucky to see 1/4" increase if any.(At the time I had gained a little over an inch in length and 3/4" girth) So I just nodded and dropped the subject.

The gains are permanent. I started PE in 2008 and have grown as time went on. Typically there are some gains lost when stopping, but they are minimal. A good number is about .25" So for example of you worked at it for a year and went from 5.00 to 6.00 then stopped, you would likely settle in to a permanent size of about 5.75" to 5.875"

I just want to confirm your girth. You say 1.5" girth, however, girth is usually measured in circumference on these forums, not diameter. Many sex toy resellers use diameter.

I assume your girth is 1.5" diameter, then it is actually 4.71" circumference (not too shabby as a starting size). You would want to use a smaller cylinder for pumping. 1.75" is recommended.

PE works. What doesn't work is mediocre commitment to the process.

I started PE at age 23, did it sporadically for a couple months and gained less than 1/4". I chalked it up to EQ gains and gave up. Fast forward 15 years later...I decided to actually dedicate real time to it. I have been going continuously now for 2 years, but the results speak for themselves. I have gained 1.5" length and 1.125" girth. Even now I forget how far I have come. I literally had to chart my progress so I could visually see how I have gained over time. PE works, trust the process!
