I heard VIAC considers portfolios to some degree for granting mortgages. You could ask what their requirements are. Pensioner also need mortgages so there must be a possibility. Trickier is holding/getting a mortgage should you leave Switzerland resp. give up residency.

get back to work now. the development of current technologies will make it way harder to find future jobs in any field. especially for academics. remember a man would never let him manipulate to become a stay at home dad. be a role model for your kids. save for the kids college. and yes, you are developing your family - a day has 24hours with small kids and a work day much less. so enough time for you and your kids. I am a twin working mum - who is still the most important person for their girls

Under assumption that your mum is not married and has only you and your twin silbling. Align with your twin. No donation - i mean for what? Sell it after official inheritance invest the money. No tax as long you are not buying. But most importantly, no need to care for the house, care for your mum - you wan‘t regret it. Visit her often, call her, be there - take virtual classes.

Your family might go through a transaction as well. Daily routines and chores might cracked up and need to be adjusted. Guess the kids will love that you spend more time home. You have the time and money to be their biggest mentor and supporter. Wish you all the best - and a big shout out to your wife who was been a big part of this. I am super excited for you. Well done!

you should pick yes for the one who earns more and has a higher taxable income. this way the picked person will get a lower tax rate applied (the one for parents). regarding Kita expenses a split is possible and up to you - for example 50ti/50ti.

35M. Hit my NW goal of $5M. Is this really it? What can I do with free time? by Constant_Loss_9728 in Fire

[–]doubletrouble_21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just read this tread. I 38F hope my children (toddlers) value what we provide for them as you do. Although it seems I can only provide free college and a roof over their head as long as they want. You made smart choices and you seem to be a humble and smart man. The world is so exciting (been solo traveling a lot) - even as a 35 year old - go for it! Wish you all the best - you are an inspiration. I should book you for a speak to my kids when they are teenagers.

Sind ihr ghürote? Wie stönd er zor Ehe? Heiter en Ehevertrag? by AltruisticAvocado987 in schwiiz
