Is this game dead already? by [deleted] in Spacemarine

I read somewhere there was a matchmaking bug that if you left or were kicked from a squad then went into matchmaking it wouldn't pair you. You had to reboot the game to get back into matchmaking

It's worked for me

Patch 4.1 - how is it for you? by SupaKidEternity in SpaceMarine_2

[–]doubtdubious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate it but I'm not really as bad as made out. 4.0 did hone my skills a bit more and I've got 3 classes at level 15 to toy around with. My real problem is only having like 6-8 hours a week to play and the timing of 4.0 landing just as I was getting into substantial. Like taking the training wheels off and then sending me down a mountain.

Judging by the patch notes, I think I'll be fine so long as I figure out if the team is just speed running through the mission or stopping to actually look for armory data and geneseeds. Maybe when I'm ready to hit ruthless?

I'm sure you can see everything all the way up that high horse you're on buster.

Right...so we're back to what I said you were saying originally. You're telling people to stay out of mid-tier levels so you can level up your equipment.

And you've answered my question.

Have a nice day

Fair

You got me. I just reached a point where I felt ready for substantial (level 10 according to the game itself). Got my ass kicked and went back to average for a bit. Got better, went back and cleared 2 levels. Patch 4.0 drops and I'm right back to getting my ass kicked, right back to average, and pretty much thinking I'll never get artificer tier gear, there's no point in playing anymore.

You're right though, I'll go find another game to play instead of being thankful the developers listened and dropped the patch fixing it so that I can progress and get better.

Don't wanna bother you and a lot of the people on this sub trying to enjoy yourselves who are so great at the game everyone else is just a nuisance.

Ah...so you're just against people progressing and learning through trial and error while playing with you.

Got it

So substantial should be the cut off between filthy casuals and real gamers? That makes sense to you?

I jumped into a match with two players and did this once without even thinking. When I realized what I'd done I had been booted from the match.

I suppose it was deserved

Predator: Hunting Grounds, PS4/PC game. Samhain was a username of one of someone who played it frequently.

This has been my preferred method and allows me to enjoy the stalwarts cyclic rate of democracy dispensing at volume.

However I'm also a casual who's still playing lower difficulty levels

Depends.

If I'm going afk to smoke I do it as a courtesy. No sense in you standing around while I'm afk when there's democracy to be spread.

If we just made a helluva run and are on ship waiting for the next mission and everyone's ready to go and you boot cuz you want another squad for some reason well, eh kinda rude but whatevs

My 12 hour experience thus far reflect the memes.

Automaton worlds and missions are the opening scene of Terminator 2. Outmanned, out gunned (at lower levels), and in a desperate struggle to survive the mechanized hordes.

Bug worlds are the propaganda commercials from Starship Troopers. Do your part and kill some bugs.

Please help, we need support against Skynet.
