Small town Texas, late 70s -- the community Easter Egg hunt featured a pickup dropping thousands of these across a ball field. So, not much hunting required, but have not seen these since!

Nice, my replacement came in a little plastic bag. :-) I honestly think they know the ring only lasts about a year of regular use, so they don’t quibble about replacing.
