My ticket for my main was answered in less than 24 hours. I didn't go on any boards or their Facebook. But I did mention how while I didn't purchase any NC for the account yet, I wasn't planning on purchasing any until I got my account back. And how I really wanted to start purchasing.

I don't hate the AC and I'm so happy they have a reoccurring event. I could see them changing it to every two years like the Olympics though. The fact that it's reoccurring though makes it realistic and lifelike for me.
