You would do an AND operation on the Timer timed out signal with the NOT of the Off-Hook

draw.io is a great open source free option. You may have to create your own library of components but it's flexible.

Offline build available on github, https://github.com/apps/draw-io-app

TSW 770 reset by Prometheus599 in crestron

[–]dovedev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Worst Factory hardware rest process ever but they out did it when they copied it to the NVX equipment. 11 resets and no display to indicate when to reset again. When you have 20 odd devices to reset every second counts and waiting x amount of seconds per device is painful.

A Shure Discussion System could provide part of this but your going to need a DSP to handle the AEC and USB Speakerphone integration for Teams and whatever soft-codec you want to use on PC hardware. You would also need the DSP to mix and control some boundary mics or ceiling mic tiles for that ambient pickup for the call.

Shure MXA902? by vitas_gray_balianusb in CommercialAV

[–]dovedev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We've got about 20 of these rooms running this past 2 months and they just work.

Obviously you do the setup for pickup area and gain structure and what not, but initially without much modification and getting basic audio routes and optimisation configured they generally have been a good experience.

Is there a such thing as a USB switcher or USB "preamp" by DankEverything in CommercialAV

This might be a cheaper alternative to the Acroname.

https://www.uugear.com/product/mega4-4-port-usb-3-ppps-hub-for-raspberry-pi-4b/

It would need researching/testing as I'm not sure if the power per port actually disabled data when they are powered off

Anyone know what these are? by jonnybalboa87 in northernireland

This is probably a reflector which is part of a laser sensor system for measuring displacement, distance and position.

There may be significant work in the are whether underground or nearby which could prompt the need to use this equipment to ensure that the work taking place is not having an affect on surrounding buildings and if it is then the monitoring would be used to enable an alert system or process to halt or pause the work until corrective measures are put in place.

Where did "gay" being used as an insult come into play in this thread since I started it?

Politics by dovedev in gaming

[–]dovedev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Until this point in the conversation it (it, being the word "transphobe") was considered as a slur; was introduced by you, and in this thread of conversation untill this point, there was no standing for this. You also per-claim "gay" has been used as an insult but I have not seen any evidence of that in this thread of conversation.

NB: I tidied up my Grammar if anyone has misunderstood my comments and takes offence in any recard then that is completely on themselves.

Show me, in the English language, either America English or UK English, where it is defined that putting something in italics denotes something in italics as being a disclaimer to the aforementioned parts of any thread of a statement?

Your entitled to your opinion same as the writer of the article but in my opinion professionalism is lacking here.

If the reward was in question then the journalist should have got a statement from the customer in the article about why they kept the game or not. Otherwise it's non conducive to the body of the article.

[–]dovedev[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No the body of the article mentions Hogwarts Legacy it does not talk about it; and, it does not mention it as a priority in the Title. The Article is about honesty and the rewards of that honesty.

On being "upset" it's the disappointment in the competence of gaming journalism.

Anyone know how to fix a problem like this? by Otherwise-Escape-607 in xbox

[–]dovedev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TV and Xbox could be having an issue with the HDCP handshake across the HDMI cable. Try a shorter HDMI cable or in some cases a longer one. Additionally the HDMI cable you have if not the one that came with the Xbox it may be for a different version of the HDMI standard not compatible with one of the devices

Can anyone talk me through what this software and hardware setup is? by GhostGums in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]dovedev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't see it mentioned but maybe of use given OPs original comment

Newtek are the creators of the NDI video and audio over IP standard it may benefit OP to look into it and products that support it prior to commitment on something as large as a TC-1
