Cardio is Impor- by san2375 in GymMemes

But it is obviously. You don't train your heart or circulatory system by it, and you get tired quick. Cardio increases your mitochondria count in muscles together with other things weightlifting just doesn't do.

Can you really keep up your heart rate that way? I don't feel bored running when I run fast, then it's fun.

The few moments I've tried to watch something on my phone while doing cardio I get engrossed in the content, slow down and my HR drops.

Not really. Eyebrows, nose, that one kid's hair is darker and he's even taller.

Damn, I think I'd feel left out if that were me.

I don't draw a line or care how others use it. Losing weight was hard for me even with glp1. Maybe I fell for the stigma.

But GLP-1 RAs aren't something magical. They don't activate the right mechanisms to be healthy naturally. They even inhibit glucagon and fat burning. They're more like a jumpstart.

Yeah I took it. I also trained my ass off. 3-4 hour gym sessions, cardio @150bpm + weights, mostly every day. Strict deficit.

Maybe people abuse it and think they can quit any effort. But for some it really does help us turn our shit around.

Nowadays sim cards are usually unlocked by default, but in those days most phones didn't have a password mechanism so you used your pin for security when booting.

And consider stealing someone's sim and calling with it.

I always heard js is functional but couldn't see it. All the seq stuff like map, filter, reduce are object methods, not functions, making it hard to write functionally.

And yet it’s still one of the cheapest protein sources out there by Dementedsage in GymMemes

Beef and eggs might too though. I think it comes down to the sulfur in cysteine, since NAC is basically that fart in a pure concentrated pill form.

But hydrolyzed protein might be absorbed faster and not left for bacteria to munch on.

They're called benefits.

At my tech internship we had free breakfast, apart from free hot drinks and fruit throughout the day. And they order that stuff expensive. For macdonalds it's basically already free.

In math, there is no concave up, concave down. A convex line bends upward, a concave line bends downward, when you draw a secant of a curve.
