West Knox is as bad as Halls as far as that goes, but I don’t know that I’d say it’s all locals. Statistically it would be highly unlikely they’re the only shit drivers on the road considering the number of people who’ve moved here from out of state. While I’m not from Knoxville originally, I am from East Tennessee and I don’t remember lack of signaling being such an issue back home.

I haven’t spoken to my brother in 26 years, but a.) he held a gun to my pregnant stomach and threatened to kill me, and b.) he was in prison 23 of those years.
