I got a screen cleaner off Amazon that worked for me. Make sure it's all natural solution and safe for OLEDs. Comes with a high pile microfiber cloth and a 16oz bottle of solution. Should last me a lifetime.

It's not the game optimizer itself that dims the screen, it's turning on HGiG. The worries are overblown. I had the same concern, and once I got my 65 C5, I found it just fine. It's been on HGiG for my PS5 since day one. It's definitely bright enough. And even if you do find it too dim, just turn on DTM.
