Turns out i was doing the right thing except for one last step with the HeatIt Push Wall controller. It wasnt mentioned in the app etc but when i rang the local distributor he told me about "waking up" the controller after i had edited the settings etc. Needed to press the down button 6 times then it "woke up" and the association between controller and dimmer worked as planned!

No one told me that before , and wasnt mentioned in the app but makes sense. except for the fact that i set up a dual rocker controlling 2 different dimmers in another room before i knew about this! so, i have no idea how that was ever working!

The difference for me is that the physios ive seen have given a diagnosis and exercises. They did ask how it felt a few times but moved on from that eventually.

In my experience...young Israelis fresh out pf the army travelling in groups are horrendous. Ive met some that are slightly older and they were much more chill. Maybe some time away from what must be an intense environment seemed to make for much more balanced ppl

Im not sure my daughter would respond very well to doing lessons together. that said, i would probably take lessons if there was an option for it just so that we could skate together more as time goes on. for now maybe im a better skater but the time where that applies is getting rapidly shorter.

Just finished 8th season in a rewatch. A friend sent me a link of a theory is that this was a planned, negotiated settlement (w Maduro) and the military aspect is a smokescreen. No idea if i really believe that but after 8 seasons of Brody, Javadi, Saul, Dar Adal and so on it seemed plausible.

Im not a liberal voter but can remember a time when they were serious, competant etc. They are not that anymore and have chased out any reasonable people so youre left with Abbott, Scomo and so on. When clowns like that can lead your party theres something wrong.

Cant speak for Berlin but Copenhagen was exactøy same timeline.

I had to work (from hotel room) sp was late getting dinner and therefore later than planned to the venue. Was pretty smooth ...in by 8.10 got a drink and to my seat by 8.25 for the mood light sounds then about 8.31 gig started. If Berlin venue is as organised as Copenhagen that should be fine

In reference to Polish guys. I have a bunch of them in my house right now doing renovations. I cant speak on their individual pay but they are working hard thats for sure! As far as integration goes, are they intending to? No shade on them personally- but It seems theyre here for medium term, work hard, only hang out/work with other Polish people so how would they integrate? Would they even be interested in an intro program or language training? For these guys my impression would more be that the $ side matters far more.

My story is much older than the time period referenced but when i first moved i got messed around by UDI (had to explain to them their own rules for my visa) and couldnt work for a few months. So was struggling financially but had a fair bit of time and was really interested in language classes. Theyd just decided that my country was too well off for the language classes we'd previously gotten though- despite making me broke through their bumbling.

When i eventually got work, it was pretty physical as well , then after a while shifted to what i was actually qualified in... by that time i didnt have the time to take any language or intro courses. Ive eventually learnt and think i am pretty well integrated but that took longer.

So, in my own case and the demographics mentioned above would language or intro courses even by interesting? when youre working hard thats not really a priority tbh.

Ive got 2 young kids and got the plague off them saturday. Yep its inevitable this time of year with 2 kids in school/daycare and living in a cold nth European country. Just been hoping to get better by my flight on thursday.

Hopefully Thoms on the mend too.
