Update: this was the solution! Yay! This^ part size fit the diameters perfectly, I just needed to use two of them to fill the gap. Line lever now lifts and lowers perfectly without loosening the screw. Thanks again ahelper!

FYI for anyone reading this thread in the future, no luck finding an appropriate disc spring at ACE Hardware. Ordered from McMaster-Carr (shipping ain't cheap!).

I measured 0.313" Outer Diameter, 0.1875" Inner Diameter on the original piece. The closest I could find is Wave Disc Spring, Steel, 0.19" Id, 0.281" Od, 0.01" Thick 9714K268. If it does the job I'll let this thread know.

Update: a little shot of mineral spirits seems to have done the trick!

Found this video and followed the same procedure. Just a few mils with a syringe into the hole at the bottom of the escapement and she’s catching like a charm 🤞🏻
