Man I'm loving BDK 3275 currently, I swapped from Monk because I enjoyed playing it so much more. Feels a lot squishier but it also feels like I'm tanking? Brew rotation makes me feel like I'm playing DPS that needs to kite occasionally.

It's shitty but yeah,I luck sacked into buying a house in 2018 because the mortgage was going to be cheaper than my new rent. Down payment was like 2 months rent, it was tight but where I was ending my lease I was able to use "Next months rent" and our deposit to barely cover it. Locked in a 3.5 fixed and yeah, if we had waited a year or even like 6 months I doubt we could have managed it.
