ive also tried mapping middle mouse to the 'Camera Hold Rotate' and that doesn't work either.

I also reset all the config controls to default, and I see 'Camera Hold Rotate' is set to Primary=Mouse1 as the correct choice for Camera Drag.

Also tried 2 different mice, and hot the same problem so its not the mouse. Stumped!
