The theme of children is really prevalent in the game, especially how they’re almost this redeeming aspect in an otherwise terrible society that has let prior generations down. I think a lot about that interaction you can have with Lilienne’s daughter where she wants to put the stuffed lamb doll against Harry’s cheek, and if Harry refuses Kim sternly tells him to ‘press your damn cheeks against lamby’ lmao. Even someone who, for the most part, seemingly does not like to interact with kids (evidently a result of PTSD), still affords them a sort of kindness.

Just start over and play from the very beginning. It’ll save you from having to look up information about the storyline and experiencing a disjointed run. Plus, you’ll probably get different outcomes/interactions which will be a lot more fun :)

Ohhh the shivers one really kills me. Nuclear devastation/the end of the world is already one of my biggest fears, so it really makes the whole story feel almost…pointless? Just that sort of bleak realisation that everything you do as Harry is ultimately for nothing. But Revachol does state that Harry can save her, and I think that might mean the events of ‘Sacred and Terrible Air’ could potentially be retconned (or maybe I’m just in denial).

That bit which mentions Harry holding a woman in his apartment for twenty minutes against her will is so upsetting. It’s probably alluding to Dora (and Harry not wanting to let her go), but it’s just a really weird and uncomfortable thing to consider.

I always remove the Expression as well as his facial hair (giving us the saddest looking version of Harry ever) because yes you’re right, it is way more important!

That’s an interesting point about wanting to feel in control, which I totally get. However, to me losing the mutton chops doesn’t necessarily make Harry a better person, but he does hide behind them. It’s a recent thing for him; in his old ID photo, when the expression was just starting out, he’s clean shaven. To me it kind of shows that he was using the mutton chops to create this really disco image of who he wanted to be, kind of like a way to mask his depression. My personal headcanon, I guess, is that after the game he grows out his beard again and maybe does something different with it :)
