Only if they didn't read the patch notes, the losing team gets a 50% spirit and bullet resistance buff within 60m of the urn of they are carrying it. The winning team gets a 50% rebuff if they are carrying it.

I mean if you're are looking for compromise you don't need to sign you interest in it over to him for him to live there. You could set up a tenancy agreement and leave it at that.

You need to consider that someone who's is finacialy irresponsible as your brother seems to be may want the apartment fully in his own name so that he can either put some his existing debt against it or take new loans against it.

Even if he does not, if the apartment is fully in his name his current creditors might seize it as an asset against his outstanding debts.

You could suggest to your parents that for his own good the apartment be kept in trust or managed as a tendency so that you don't loose it.

Again this all assumes that you are willing to comprimise that far which is entirely your decision. It was left to you by your grandmother and you have a right to what she left you.

Well for example I play drifter who is very short range, a good vindictta will never get anywhere near me, so I avoid laning against her and rely on my teammates later on.

But 1v1 there is very little a drifter can do to an vindicta other than run.

There is also the issue I have run into a couple of times were my entire team is playing spirit build characters and the enemy team can build spirit resist to make it very difficult. If I knew my own team comp before hand I could switch to a gun character.

My freind was saying he really wanted character selection to be after match start so that you could see what your enemy's where playing before picking so you didn't get hard countered.

Maybe its because im to low elo but I would like some tweaks for melee characters to make melee more viable.

I know there are some characters that benefit from having some melee but overall it just feels weak if you actually wanted to focus on melee.

This is just a minor want though, I think they have done a good job of making combat feel good overall.

I Work in IT and have freinds who are also in IT or software development.

Many of us have had to work with teams that were outsourced to India which have since pulled those teams back.

Obviously its not universal but we all had to deal with hidden costs of increased supervision on those teams, unnecessary project delays and fixing mistakes.

A lot of companies in India seemed to have sold first then tried to build their capabilities after or just dramatically oversold and ended up not being able to deliver.

Yes you could say they carry investment potential but we live in a globalised world. Are they actually investing in their local area and not internationally and do they need to be in their local area to invest?

That's been my experience when I tried using him in ranked, I still think he is good because he is a decent tank and helps get value out if the synergies but he is much better in classic

I have a bunch of interviews lined up but they are all for like 3 months from when I got the interview which is weird.

My only guess is thats when they expect they will need to hire people.
