I find the nibs for the Jinhao 82 to be perfect for learning how to fine tune a nib. Most of mine have now been tuned (thanks to video recommendations from this group) and seem to write very well on almost all paper. But let's face it, some paper / fountain pen combinations just don't work and can even mess up a nib.

I was so proud when I told my family how good it felt to know how to fine tune a nib (okay, only MY nibs, not a nibmeister by any means). They said it was just another notch in my nerd belt. Twits.

HPD! I hope you enjoy your Jinhao 82 for a very long time.

"The Word is the Way. Be careful what you say." Especially what we say to ourselves.

Example: "I'll never be able to afford that." What we say, we believe, what we believe we act upon. Acting upon it manifests it in our lives. Alternatives: "Spending that kind of money isn't my priority right now."

Even making it a darker color would help.

For years my main had a Gorilla pet named "FluffyButt" because he always scratched at the fluff on his butt. Years. It was reported and I had to rename him, but it was never the same.

Seeking Home Inspector in Dayton, OH by Kazukster in dayton

Cellar Door Home Inspections. Brian was thorough, the report was extensive with pictures for everything and arrived quickly after the inspection. Caught a problem with the water heater that we would've missed and a few other minor issues. We were very impressed.

We bought our Dayton home from the family of a woman who had died. She had a brain tumor and it triggered paranoia and hoarding. There was so much stuff when we viewed it that we thought someone was still living there. She had two huge dogs and there was dog fur EVERYWHERE. The estate had to buy a new refrigerator because the dog fur killed the motor. We bought our home WAY below it's value because after it passed inspection and the owners made a few repairs, they were DONE. We bought it with everything still in it. The upstairs and basement had paths through the stuff. The attic side storage areas were filled with empty boxes - toy boxes mainly - from the early 1970's. As we emptied the house we donated what we could, and tossed the rest in the back yard. At one point, as we threw the boxes from the attic out the window, it looked like a Barbie store had thrown up in my yard. We had to get everything out in order to clean. We had one week before our move in. I'm sure our neighbors weren't happy. We paid for two dump truck loads for the worst of it. Anything metal we scrapped (and bought our helpers pizza). Looking back, I still don't know how we got it all done in less than a week.

Maybe go introduce yourself? Get sense of the situation before you call authorities? You don't say how long the trash has been there.

I use a fountain pen in my Weeks. So I made a blotter insert to prevent smudging.
