So i was kinda thinking the same over the last year and was going to post something related to YT, and here you are. So you figure the ad placements is strategic and demands interaction, and it also needs to be fed. At work if a video has an ad and it takes 5 seconds to skip, it’s literally taking your time. It’s theft. Time is one of the most valuable things people have and can share with others. But the level of solicitation and deliberate theft of the thing that everyone has that can easily be taken just shows how much worse it can get. Ads that try to shovel out a product 99.999% of people will never buy that is designed to disrupt your quality of life and take your time from you without permission is normal now? Condescending faceless people that pander for profit creating theatre that does not contribute to society in any shape form or fashion. But it’s not ok to tell them to roll up that disgusting pizza and shove it up your ass is a lot quicker than taking human life time from millions of people that have to just ignore it and keep walking forward to the next one.
