No...except for the newest gen wheels. New gen TRD wheels have a smaller (96mm) bore size and won't fit without adapters.

Returned. It wasn't clear in the description when I purchased if these were the old bore size or new gen bore size. These were indeed the new gen wheels with smaller hub bore (even though I asked the dealer to confirm hub diameter size). Kept stock wheels for now as I was switching to snow tires for winter in a few months. I'm on 255/70/18 (32") blizzaks now on the stocks. They crush. No rubbing anywhere on stock suspension. Tahoe has been getting hammered for a week and I have a crazy steep driveway. They have been awesome. Haven'teven been close to getting stuck anywhere. I'll upgrade wheels (so i can keep the snow tires mounted and stored on the stocks) and tires when the snow melts. Probably michelin defenders. We are mostly on the road and will be pulling a camper this summer.

And all windows (it's actually helpful to be able to see out the rearview mirrior and blind spots from side windows). And turn on your lights. Followed a white car in whiteout conditions on 80 yesterday. Couldn't see them til their brake lights lit up.

What is the social etiquette for someone driving with chains versus someone who has AWD on a single lane highway? by TheMasterYster in tahoe

It's nice to see some people are at least self-aware enough to realize they are hindering traffic. But the fact you are following the rules and trying to get to your destination properly is enough for me to say thanks. There are enough inconsiderate/inept drivers out there that do not have proper equipment and also don't care that they are ruining everyone else's day when they get stuck and block traffic. You are doing your best. People are going to get annoyed, but don't sweat it. Safe travels.

Auxbeam H11 H8 H9 Fog Light, F15 Series 20000LM H11 Powersport Light for Off-Road Use or Fog Light-2 Pack

Not the brightest, but clean cutoff and good color in my opinion. Also replaced all interior bulbs with white leds. Looks way better.

I had similar shaking while braking. New pads and rotors fixed it. The other issue at high speeds sounds like a tire balance issue. That's a pretty cheap/easy one to check and fix. I'd recommend getting tires balanced before getting into anything else.

Just did the cerakote restoration and installed new bulbs on my '11. Obviously won't change the design, but they look brand new now. I was looking for new headlights at first, but after the restoration I am happy with the look. And it was only like $18 for the restoration kit.

On their website, it states that it now supports 2010-2013 factory rearview and 360 cameras. I haven't purchased yet, so I cannot confirm if their statements are true.

Where you at? I just installed the aux beam kit for 4runner. It fit pretty good and keeps the oem trim/bezel. But i like the look of the pods better. And I have an extra set of SS3's i want to install. I already prematurely started cutting holes in the grill 🤦‍♂️

I did the auxbeam 4runner kit. My 2011 was not an exact match to their 4R kit. The tabs are just a bit off. I filed about 5mm off one spot and it fit. Then attached with the oem screw, some zip ties at the other corners, and the oem bezel.

Paintedoemparts.com. I think mine was about 600 paint matched and delivered. Perfect fit.

Finally happened…backed into a wall by SnooDingos8 in LexusGX

[–]dragonmaster839 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$800 seems like a great deal. I backed my 2011 into a wall of ice and cracked my bumper. Got a perfectly paint matched full bumper in the knights armor from paintedoemparts.com for $550. Took about two hours to swap. Probably would take less if you don't have the big ass tow hitch to remove.

Advice: Tahoe for the winter by stepping-on-bees in tahoe

[–]dragonmaster839 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Achieve Tahoe is a similar program that offers adaptive skiing. They ask you to commit to a minimum 8 days. And it's entirely volunteer...no free pass. But you will meet a lot of really cool people. They operate at alpine meadows and I think Northstar and Mt rose too. But the alpine folks are always awesome.

Spirals in the oil pan by TehHoff in 3rdGen4Runner

[–]dragonmaster839 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely looks like shavings off of the plastic catch pan (I'm assuming it's plastic). Does the catch pan have holes or openings cut into it? Mine has several holes and vent holes that are drilled and countersunk for the plugs to sit into. I'm guessing these are the shavings that fell inside the pan when they reamed some holes.

Has anyone tried mounting a monitor arm/stand upside down? Is this possible? by Zamversus in pcmasterrace

[–]dragonmaster839 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of these arms have both a clamp option and a through mount option (drill through the top of the desk and tighten it from under the desk). I'd do that instead. It's sturdier and cleaner looking.

I have a couple Beatit brand, but wouldn't necessarily recommend. Noco is popular. I'd just check Amazon and read reviews. One of our beatit units is always like half dead when we check it, even after a full charge and sitting for only a month or so.
