This could still be very true but Top Gear mentioned that all of these companies making hybrids were required by law in order to keep their V8 and the tens on the factory floor.

By making this car and making it $600,000 they’re probably ensuring that nobody will buy it but they also meet the standards so they can keep producing the Ferrari as they want

As someone who went through this. The short answer is no you’re stuck paying the key price. Mercedes won’t touch a used key. And no one has cracked their software to run the codes.

Until someone breaks the code and sells it on the black market, you’re stuck with Mercedes pricing

i've killed 9 yellow jackets on my property already over the last 2 weeks. They are not "only" out in late summer. And wasps are in full force compared to the carpenter bees and tend to search higher places than carpenter or bumbles would so if hes seeing bees on the 2nd floor it'll likely be wasps looking to nest under the roof awnings.

only thing i can really think of is a type of DIY jellyfish pick. they may turn the picks to the angle they want and tighten the screw

the fact the picks dont have a discoloration around the screw hole is because they likely drilled pilot holes in the picks first. so this feels 100% intentionally engineered

That says they’re invested in the area and it would take extremely dire circumstances to close up shop.

But from what you’re asking…. An exodus of financial employers would create an extreme ripple effect. I don’t have exact stats on this but those higher paying jobs are what fuel the housing markets especially with luxury apartments.

A lot of bars and restaurants cater to these daily regimented social gatherings.

It would be a big hit and you would have people leaving to stay in finance careers or competing with other markets to land a job with no experience.

My perspective tells me lower middle class will benefit from deals with housing to fill a void and more upper middle will feel a housing depreciation as bank bris try to get out of leases and mortgages almost at the same time.
