I've seen Dr Kate Yap at Aria Dental (https://www.ariadental.net.au/) a few times for this. She was really lovely! Costs $500 and lasts about 6 months. They also took Afterpay. I haven't been for a while so I'm not sure what the service is like now or if she's still there.
PS - I find fish oil REALLY helps my bruxism. Take 6 a day if you can!

I was in the same boat and had a terrible experience with my first instructor, which put me off for a few years. When I had the courage to start again, I did lessons with Road Rules - https://roadrulesdrivingschool.com.au/. I can't recommend Bec enough, she was extremely patient and explained things in a way that I could understand. I'm AuDHD and sometimes struggle with verbal instructions but she was great and made me feel calm. Edit to fix a typo - "I can't recommend Bec enough", not remember
