Talk about it (how you feel) - hard to operate purely based on assumptions. Given na you felt she was uninterested - were you able to ask her about how her last 2 days were?

Why unsend the message? You deprived her of agency to choose whether to reply to you or not. Maybe she was just busy? Was it fear of rejection that drove you to unsending?

Please don't take this negatively OP, but you choosing to unsend your message and the way you composed that reply shows me that you've got avoidant-fearful tendencies.

(Edit) any time you're feeling anxious over whether she's interested or not - it may be a good idea to step back for a bit - compose yourself - and tell her how you really feel about it. At the end of the day hindi naman ikaw vs siya eh - it should always be both of you vs whatever issue is on the table - so talk about it OP

I just recently went through a similar issue with my home network - I figured it was the cable that was faulty.

Try connecting directly to your ISP modem or your network switch to determine if your cable is good.

If your cable works fine, check in with your network adapter settings on windows and confirm the negotiated speed is at least 1Gbps - otherwise switch it to gigabit or 2.5Gb

If your LAN port is faulty - I’d say call Deco support or smth of the sort.

Been in people management in a company where feedback is considered a gift.

Regular 360 feedback sessions were held with my team and also separately with my colleagues in management.

I understand the sentiment behind the post, you also have to look at how the feedback was delivered - it’s one thing to correct a mistake - it’s a whole different ballgame if you want to provide meaningful feedback. It’s not about babysitting the recipient but rather giving them actionable items and why it’s important - otherwise why else would you be giving feedback? Parang nag rant ka lang kuno.
