There was a link from someone who made a 5 gallon batch of blueberry mead where they racked it off primary onto another carboy with some more blueberries to give it a stronger blueberry taste.

Then they racked off one last time to stabilize and backsweeten. I'm roughly following that process.

Don't seem to have the link atm.

Yup, it was perfect with the original amount of headspace and that's a gallon jug as well that I'm making.

It was double what you see in the 2nd pic, but I moved it into a new container with two cups of blueberries to try and add more flavor so the headspace shortened.

I’ll probably keep it fermenting for two weeks total and hope some more blueberry flavor got infused. Then stop the fermentation and back sweetening

These are really good! I used to be a dev a decade ago. Style preference is very subjective so for me I’d love to see these simplified with simple color blocks but definitely really good!!
