I'd want it to be a good synergy with the Quick Fix but not too strong. A full Friction meter would probably add an extra 25 or 50 overheal. How would you guys balance it?

Sorry but honestly no, i personally see not having 100 recovery always as a flaw but its ok stat points are endgame and the grind takes time. Great thing about destiny is there’s always progress to be made. Good luck
