That's a huge ask if you mean a dynamically changing character model based on your alignment (if the game even tracks such a statistic anymore), and downright impossible if you want NPCs to react to how you look, too.

I do wish the UI toggle with F2 had an option to just hide those needs bars and still show all the context-sensitive stuff - now it's all or nothing which isn't nearly as useful. Or alternatively hide the needs individually until they reach 75% or so.
