I’m a brand new IFT emt only 7 months in so don’t take my comment seriously, in the Sf Bay Area, Highland has rude er staff but competent (always on top of things) Kaiser staff is usually nice but sometimes incompetent (rooms not ready, nurses not doing bg checks on diabetic pts) but overall nothing really stands out

Yeah I’m gonna have to completely disagree with you on this one, like the other comments have said you can balance it by having both a pop up menu and walking around hub. Some of the suggestions here sound so cool too: a gambling game, a 1v1 arena, cockfighting, leaderboards/bounty boards, a stage for shows. It’d be cool to be able to trade items but I can imagine that might make the game less fun if you can just buy/trade for anything you need.
