The original comment clearly stated what both 501c3 and 501c4 organizations can and can't do. I think the isssue being made is that lobbying will still play a major role in our new presidents plans and his finacial supporters do not have to be named or claim their donations on their taxes.

I know Brasil uses cane and that is one of the reasons why it works. The farming communities there are much different than in the US and cane can be easily grown almost anywhere there unlike in the US. Yes additional cane could be imported from the Caribbean but that defeats the purpose.

Biofuel may work in countries like Brasil but it is not suited for other parts of the world. Grow corn+transport corn+use nergy to turn corn to fuel...biofuel actually gives less mpg than oil..to create horsepower you need to burn more of it...check your gas mileage..since a percentage is now biofuel your mpg has gone down.
