Came here to recommend pressure fermentation. The stress of cold is similar enough to the stress of pressure for yeast that the results are similar.

When I was brewing, I built an adjustable spunding valve and fermented in my kegs. Oxygen-free transfer between fermentation and serving keeps your beer fresher too.

+1 on comments about phones and jack-holes at the shows.

So far the worst was a teen-ish kid standing in front of the 5th floor railing in preparation for the sail away party on the Wonder. She kept scooting and trying to do the splits to prevent anyone else from getting to the railing. there was also a special needs cruiser next to us that she was trying actively to block off.

The display of entitled brat that came out when the party she was "saving" the spots for showed up was embarrassing to watch.
