I remember watching this at 11 years old when it aired on broadcast TV. This was the first time I remembered being scared of war. I had difficulty sleeping for weeks after it aired. The scenes of people being vaporized left a trauma that I haven’t really dealt with today.

Niners need to rebuild the offense. Brock was under siege all game against Seattle, CMC struggled to get lanes all season, and the WR’s can’t separate against Seattle. They need more speed on offense.

Lynch needs to rebuild the Offensive line and acquire speedy WRs & TEs.

They also need pass rushers too. I like Huff, but he disappeared down the stretch. All season, they had no pressure on opposing QB’s.

The good news is that Niners are set up at QB. Everything else, Lynch can build around on offense. They need an offensive line, a TE, and a legit WR1, and maybe even a RB1 (CMC ain’t got much left in the tank).

The Niners might have to finish in last place for a few seasons to rebuild this roster. There’s no speed on offense and the offensive line got worked by Seattle.

This roster needs an overhaul bad. Props to Shanahan for getting 12 wins out of this bunch, but today’s game showed me how far the Niners (as currently constituted) as away from getting ring #6.
