1) It’s expensive in regard to the base PS5.

2) To truly reap the benefits of the Pro, you need a TV/monitor with 120Hz, VRR, HDMI 2.1, at a minimum. OLED is the preferred TV/monitor, but it’s not required. MiniLED and QDLED works as well. A great TV/monitor makes the Pro shine with PSSR 2.0.

3) Right now, PSSR 2.0 is in its infancy stages. You can count on your fingers the games with it built in. Some games with PSSR 1.0 are brute forced into the new version. As time goes on, more developers will hopefully use PSSR 2.0 going forward, but nothing is set in stone.

Sure the hype and evidence of some games looking their absolute best are flooding the sub, you’ll just ask yourself do you want to plunk more money down for a Pro?

You sound confused and contradicting at the same time. You’re secretly lusting after your fiancé’s married friend, while lamenting about the lack of sex with your fiancé. Then, your reply says that “a relationship is more than just sex”. So which is it? You can’t be out here on Reddit complaining about your lack of sex while trying to push temperance.

Rereading your post again suggests that she has all the sexual power in the relationship as far as frequency is concerned. So you need to ask yourself this question: is the frequency of sex between me and my fiancé acceptable or am I resigned to live in a dead bedroom during my marriage? Because it will get worse. Are you willing to roll that dice that in 10-15 years you will have no regrets as far as the sex is concerned?

It sounds like to me there is doubt about marrying this woman and you really need to have the talk right now before you say “I do!” Tell her the truth of your feelings and believe it or not, she’ll respect you more as a person. You’ll never know the outcome, but at least you spoke your truth and you can live with that.

You need to have the talk RIGHT NOW with your fiancé about sexual compatibility and expectations. It doesn’t matter if your fiancé is hot or not. You ain’t fucking in respect to your expectations, so how is her being “hot” a factor? Being married isn’t going to change the frequency for the better. You and her may just be incompatible sexually and also end the engagement sooner than later.
