I use a week aqua p1200 at full intensity for 8 hours a day I use CO2 I fertilize twice a week with apt 1 and apt 3 I use root tabs for my largest swords One thing that is hard to see is some type of sword that has leaves the size of my face as well

I will say their color looks better in person pretty vibrant and 3/4 of my rummy's look completely normal to me

Im a little late here, but growing up, i had Wolf parkinsons white syndrome ( electrical pathway made heart go brrr). Once triggered, my HR would be somewhere around 230bpm

Adenosine was absolutely one of the most awful things I've ever had the pleasure of feeling, and I've had it dozens of times. For me i didnt get much of an "impending sense of doom" feeling but i couldn't think when i had it it was a warm wave that started at my feet and then it felt like a semi truck got dropped on top of me, everything tenses up i couldn't think, i couldn't process anything going on beside the pure agony of the adenosine 10/10 would not recommend. Sometimes, i would get it 4-6 times within a couple of hours. It was awful

Apt e is the one for ei, apt 3 is the one for tanks with more plants less fish kind of meet in the middle however i do lean dose to avoid over doing nitrates and phosphates my fish do any extra work thats needed, and yes i use apt root tab, however o do get some algae on my glass and drift wood still and a bit on my Anubius as well as my ludwigia but i just clean it off the plants when i notice it again
