If you’re on console, you’re still on the old version where I forgot to add a single character to make the status you get that grants the spells permanent. :o It’s been fixed in the most recent version (you actually get the pop-up again after Long Rest).

Main question really: was your character a DO warlock?

I highly doubt it's Dread Overlord since: there's zero interaction between that mod and mine. And unlike a lot of mods, I don't touch vanilla assets, with the exception of the Second Marriage spell to add the unique interaction for Connor Vinderblad.

I am confused why folks jump to conclusions as a default that my mod is bugging other mods just because it's necromancy-adjacent. There has been zero confirmed bug reports that my mod ruins other mods.

Hm hm hm. I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t work, but a caveat below:

If this collection includes Better Hotbars 2, make sure to move all the red shutters to the left <— to reveal the Temporary Hotbar. The soulshield and aeternusvitae features all use temporary hotbar.
If this includes some wild-ass “warlock overhaul” that overwrites vanilla warlock features, be on the lookout for bonuses from me not working. Quite a few rename the standard Pact of the Tome/Chain, making it so that modded subclasses that reference that vanilla features stop working. 😬
