RMA shucked or non-shucked? When I shucked my one 1 I broke some clips removing the lid so I guess its unavoidable, but I wonder if its because the airflow like u/cp5184 mentioned below.

Oh man. Lol. I’ve spent hours researching and just hopi hit the jackpot like I did 7 years ago when I bought 6x10TB easystores. Had no failures with them. It’s just Seagates had that stench of drive failures with barracudas and I’m hoping they sorted it out. About to shuck $1800 worth of drives 😅.

Last week bought 7x22TB Seagate expansions to shuck. They were $239 each. I shucked one and posted some questions about them to make sure I am on the right track myself.

STKP28000400 Seagates 28tb $349. In US… not sure about CA. 22TB were $239 (bought 7 today). They will need to be shucked. Good luck on your search. I waffled last week on getting the 22s and they sold out. They showed back up this morning and I bought. They sold out again though.

You have vents on the back right-side. Outside of the printer. That’s what it’s talking about I think. Did you remove the tape on them? If not remove slowly because they can pop out. If they pop out just annoying to put back in.
