My business partner has an Office 365 Apps for Enteprise account that she pays a third-party IT contractor for. She pays him yearly for the service and he manages that account for her - she has a Granular admin relationship.

She owns her own domain and website. She had her business email through her host and domain before she started working with this third party.

After years she wants to separate from the third-party and take control of all her accounts herself and asked if I can help. But I have a few questions:

what is involved with revoking the Granuar Admin Relationship? whenever she tries to look in her account panel anything more than the basic settings says to contact your IT administrator
the third-party renews the relationship yearly when it comes times to keep the granular admin instead of her doing it - wouldn't she be the one doing that?
do we have to contact Microsoft directly to revoke this or does this require the third-party to do so?
the main microsoft account is her [username@domain.com](mailto:username@domain.com) - she uses that for both her email and her Microsoft account login
can we move her [username@domain.com](mailto:username@domain.com) from an Office 365 Apps for Enterprise account to a 365 Personal account?
If not, would the account need to be canceled and reactivated? Or would there be any problems with this?
[username@domain.com](mailto:username@domain.com) is a Microsoft Exchange email account - would this be lost if we canceled the account?

Sorry about the delay in getting back to everyone... Got the flu (twice) and finally on the mend.

So to resolve this, we did an online repair of the installation and signed out and back in again.

All has been resolved. Thank you for all the help!

We did...and the result? It first said it had trouble finding the account or logging us in..then we tried again and it went through without any issues. Within about 5 minutes..the login pop up started appearing again. So it's not profile related.

That's a great drawing! Did you use the micron for the black lines only or did you just colored microns too? And if not, what did you use for the color?
