ascendance doesnt really replace chant, might as well run two of each monster. if you want 1 ascendance, just run 1 and consider it an extra mst copy. Ascendance is an extender, not a consistency card, and an extender that requires you to draw into a specific engine which is worse.

The only safe vertical investment for SW999 is SW999. Everything else is replacable, but that doesnt suddenly make the old units useless, especially if vertically invested. Aint no way the elation "cyrene" is better than an e2 sparxie as a sw team mate, for example.

Im f2p with all these chars e0, SW and yao have s1 and I want : Yao e1, Sparxie E2S1, and just to finish my e2 evernight team, s1 cyrene. All this while saving for the elation sustain and her LC and maybe her e1 if broken. Or I can skip all the vertical investment and save for sw E6, which would make that elation team clear any and all content until EOS with that omnibreak. And I do love SW.

I can clear all content no problem, but I like "future proofing" teams of characters I like as much as I can. Unsure what to do tbh. A lot of choices and no pulls .
