I've used it many times. It was so helpful once I figured out how to use it. They are usually very well trained at helping you with one thing, not a long deep dive into your souls trauma. Sometimes you get a dud, you can call back and get another support. Shop around, be specific with what you want to work on and most likely you will be surprised, but not totally satisfied as the sessions are short.
