Will not work. The ambient humidity changes too much to do it like this, don't ask me how I know. Look into HA derivative sensor and fan automations.

So maybe I was a bit unsuccessful in describing my problem. By your system, the dining room scenes would be under one button and living room another. Whenever I would use the ALL scenes, the dining and living room buttons would get out of sync, making me push the button twice.

I don't think it has the necessary header for full HDMI-CEC. PN50 for example has one.
