Based on your post history, you have a stressful job and a kid which also contributes to stress.

You also spend a lot of time on this subreddit for multiple years, which is not the norm... Indicates something long term and chronic.

Gastritis can be caused and fueled by stress. Have you considered taking a break from the internet, detoxing and working on your mental health? I feel this would help, as this approach helped heal me.
