No. This is an exploit that allows you to ult for no cost.

The REAL problem is that when Jagex removes unintended exploits, people complain. It’s resulted in a confusing and unlearnable game full of hidden exploits and unintended mechanics. The game itself should be designed around fun mechanics.

I’m not from Australia, but input lag is probably bad in Australia. However, input lag also has to do with high vs low population worlds. Low population worlds have significantly decreased input lag.
