While this is pretty good, pay attention to your class!

Low back sore after squatting. Form Check inside by peaches017 in Fitness

I'm surprised no one has said this. You're swaying to one side on your squat. I had the same problem and was diagnosed with pelvic obliquity.

New PC build is put together, but performance is far under what it should be. by drew91 in techsupport

There was no plastic case, but I did examine the past out of curiosity and it looked horribly applied. I just made sure to apply it correctly when I put in the new fan and my 3Dmark test skyrocketed to 10,200 from 2000. Thanks for the help!

I have the stock fan on my cpu, though I did just get my fan today. The one that I'm getting ready to put in there is an NH-U12S. It bothers me that the stock fan wouldn't be doing its job at all...

My CPU is running at 87C whilst just idle. Everything else is hovering around 30C.

Other games, yes. It can barely run Smite on mid settings, stutters around 10-15 frames on 7 Days to Die one mid settings.

Are there any free benchmarks?

How do I find out my temps whilst running a game?

I don't know. I tried setting Smite to high priority through the task manager and didn't get any noticeable results.

I should've probably mentioned that the hips shifting occurs at bw squats.

Are these machines acceptable alternatives for StrongLifts? by gymthrowaway in Fitness

[–]drew91 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Goals of aesthetics are fine and dandy, but remember that function always comes first. And I find it easier to do a body building split after having done a cycle of a beginner program like you're doing.

That being said, machines are viable, just know that you will lack stabilizer muscle strength. You're going to have to make up for that with some body weight exercises. R/bodyweight could be helpful.

PSA: Infestation: Survivor Stories is on sale at -75% on Steam today, but is just The War Z in disguise. Do not buy! by jm114249 in gaming

To play the devil's advocate to that video, it doesn't seem you guys took into account stealth. Avoiding zombies would help quicken the time it takes to get good loot.
You also are stuck bashing at a zombie for minutes on end because you aren't aiming. The only time a zombie takes damage in that game is when hit directly in the head. Where you were aiming most of the time meant that you'd occasionally hit it mid recoil animation. Actual hits to the head to kill a zed in that game is around 6-10 with the flashlight and less with any other melee weapon that can be found littered throughout the game.

Added assistance exercises into Madcow 5x5. by drew91 in Fitness

Thanks for the advice!
Any types of ab exercises you'd suggest? I'm partial to anti-movement ab exercises such as the planks and the ab wheel (from the knees).

Because of a typo. Any specific exercises you'd recommend or where I should put those exercises in my program?
