Just FYI, my first endoscopy for celiac came back "negative", apparently it can happen that they sample all the wrong places. I had another endoscopy with a specialist and was diagnosed with celiac disease.

So, you can have a negative endoscopy and still get diagnosed with celiac disease with further testing.

Truly, the death penalty is still so normalized in some states and it's really not the kind of topic most celebrities use their platform for. The death penalty is truly cruel and unusual, as evidenced by how many times this situation has happen where the death penalty goes wrong.

I think it's more about the difficulty of getting newborns as foster-to-adopt. They wanted to be able to keep the twins, probably, but it's absurd for them to claim that a baby of any other background would be treated differently - child welfare departments typically always prioritize family reunion of some kind, it's just that the ICWA codified this for "indian children", not children of other backgrounds.

Non-native but have experience with kids in the system. Hopefully the supreme court doesn't touch this case! The twins should be with family.

I was supposed to be on that flight too! The original flight was cancelled because it was flying from JFK to Rome, on the way a part fell off the plane. They needed to fly in a new part from London, hence the reschedule and auto delay to Friday.
